PT. PBM OLAH JASA ANDAL ("PT PBM OJA") is a company operating to provide port and terminal services at depots and particulaly at Tanjung Priok Port, North Jakarta. We are affiliate with PT. Pelayaran Tempuran Emas, Tbk. The services cover stevedorage, cargodoring, container handling and storage, warehousing, distribution, consolidation, and transportation. PT PBM OJA On September 2001, OJA obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification and attaining the SMK3 ( Work Safety and Health Management System ) certification in 2006. PT PBM OJA has one of the most complete line of heavy equipments to deliver fast and reliable services such as Quay Cranes, Rail Mounted Gantry Cranes, Rubber Tyred Gantry Cranes, Side Loaders, Reach Stackers, Forklifts and Trucks. Due to the necessities to bring our vision came true, we urgently seek for strong – motivated individuals to be posted as :

Programmer ( VB )

Requirements:

Male / Female, age between 22 until 27 years old
Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor Degree from Informatics Technical, or Informatics Management with GPA min 2.75
Min having 1-2 years experience in the related working field and development software project with enterprise basic (Fresh Graduate with related skills also can apply)
Strong background in VB programming language, ASP.NET or VB.NET
Strong in Database design as SQL Server & My SQL
Understand about Hardware Installation and trouble shooting would be a plus
Strong Analytical / Logical Skill
Minimum Passive in English
Active, initiative, self motivated and hard worker and also able to work as individual and team
Preferable live at North Jakarta or East Jakarta and can join immediately

Qualification:

1. Male, max 40 years old

2. Minimum 7 (seven) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level

3. Bachelor degree from mining engineering faculty

5. Fluent in English both oral & written

6. Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet

7. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)

8. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure

9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result

10. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost

11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills

Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
To be located in Halmahera/Maluku island, with rotation schedule

Major Qualifications:
