[Job-Vacancy] General Manager Mining (GM Mining)

 

URGENTLY REQUIRED

We are one of the biggest Mining Group of Company in Indonesia. We look for suitable candidate who can fill the position as below:

                                               General Manager Mining (GM Mining)

Qualification:

1.     Male, max 45 years old

2.     Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in mining industry with minimum 6 (six) years in managerial level

3.     S1/S2 degree from faculty of mining engineering, geology or geodesy

4.     Fluent in English both oral & written. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage

5.     Computer Literate in using MS office, Internet and mining software such as: mine scape/minecom and surpac

6.     Posses minimum POM certificate

7.     Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, man power)

8.     Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure

9.     Able to maintain harmonious relationship with local and central government related to mining policies and procedures as well as CSR 

10.   Managed all function in the company such as finance & accounting, purchasing/procurement, logistic & warehouse, human resource, general affair, legal and operation

11.   Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result

12.   Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost

13.   Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills

  1. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
  2. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
  3. To be located in Site, with rotation schedule
